Ingredients
• 1 can corn
• 1 can black beans
• 1 can diced potatoes
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 can chicken broth
• 2 cups shredded chicken
• 1 bottle Angry Orchard ginger
• 2 tsp chicken granules
• 1 tsp granulated garlic
• 2 c rice
Directions
Add all ingredients except rice in pan and simmer for 20 minutes. Then add rice and cook covered until rice is fully cooked (about 5-10 mins), stirring occasionally. Serve with cheese.
